Protocol first
woops, had to wait..
Dear all,
Sorry, a touch of protocol! I shouldnt have made my announcement before Creation did, I hiccuped a few thoughts on my diary (here) on Friday night, but Sat morning I realized that there must be a polite protocol, a cancellation etiquette, so I patiently waited a few days before popping my post back. Sorry if there was any confusion!
I am busy next weekend so Ive cancelled my very casual appearances at the Farscape Creation convention on the Friday and Saturday, and official appearance at Dragonfest on the Sunday.
I was not one of the main "Official" guests at the Creation show, it was all very casual, I was really just popping in to say howdy to you all. Nevermind, there will be loads of times to see you, I live in LA and regularly meet you all at various shows throughout the USA, so, no doubt I'll see you all at some stage soon.
If you are still in LA around December 7th and after, I will be at "Elixir" nearly every day starting Dec 7th teaching Meditation if you want to take a class or two and have tea and a chatter afterwards with us all in the garden. Check out my meditation site for details and times. That will be a great way to see you and spend time with you. Much more serene than at a convention rushed and pushed.
And no, meditation is not new to me, I still get the doubters! LOL. I have been meditating for 39 years and have studied many Natural Health modalities prior to Farscape. Actually my main reason to come to the USA was to study more Natural Medicine believe it or not. I was in LA in 1988 and at the time there were many Herbal Medicine courses and health movements I was interested in pursuing, but I didnt have a visa or greencard. I continued my studies at a series of colleges in Sydney instead. "Visualization Meditation" in 1989-1990, "Naturecare" in 1991, the beginnings of the triple diploma course, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Herbal Medicine at "The Australasian College of Natural Therapies" in 1992-1993, "Richard Sharer's meditations 1993-1995" Barbara McGregor Usui Reiki" in 1998 and "The Australasian college of Applied Parapsychology" 1999-2001.
Recently, when my USA Greencard application was accepeted, I was excited to be able to get back here and follow my dream.
And here I am. But who wouldve thought. Instead of studying, Im the one teaching! How fab!
AND, my product range is about to "pop"... VERY good news there.. Ill tell you all soooooon.. Hee hee.. Im even keeping my "news" off my PC and relying on the good ole trusty phone these days. Computers are not private any longer, its a shame isnt it. Its a side-effect of our times..
