On a brighter note

The sun is shining in LA! And hopeful news is all about..

Yay! What a beautiful day!

The sun came out yesterday and I was walking down Santa Monica Blvd on my way to pick up my catalogue from the printer, and I had one of those great sense memories.. I suddenly was transported to England on a crisp Spring day.. The light was the same from the semi grey sky with sun bursting through, and the air was fresh and crisp and so sweet.. I heard myself say "ahhhhhhhhh" as I was walking along...

Many memories flashed though my mind like fast forwarding a film.. I miss my years and years in England..

Anyway, I was thoroughly enjoying my walk and the feeling of icy wind on my face and the sweet clean air. The LA air has been thoroughly and beautifully washed and the plants are breathing for the first time in a year.. and so are we..

The air smells like freshly washed sheets drying in the sun.. Thats one of the very best scents in life!

I can smell all the plants gushing out lovely oxygen that makes the air sweet and crisp. Boy, this LA air is like walking through a wood in England.. (How RARE thats is in LA! LOL)

This gorgeous rain washed air reminds me of all Springs Ive ever experienced. Spring in Sydney, in England and all the places Ive visited in my travels in Spring.. Ahhh, the joy of all those yummy memories.

Nature is a huge force in my life that motivates emotion and thought and creativity in me.

Funny how scents can transport you to times in your life isnt it?

Anyway, what a great day it is! Today the sun is bursting out. The air isnt warm, but I adore that sunny icy feeling on my face. Keeps me young!

Oh, a bit of good news.. maybe... I am considering coming out of semi retirement for a film at present, its a low budget independent sci-fi film with a GREAT script... Ill let you know more later.

AND.. I am waiting to hear back from the most perfect store in the world for my perfumed products.. I have spoken to them and sent a large selection of my products.. Hee hee, I wish I could be a fly on the wall watching as they open box after box and they are mesmerized by incredible scent after scent.. I LOVE watching people faces when they smell my range, they dont expect what they smell and their faces light up with a mix of sheer joy and love with every product they lift to their noses. I line them up at the personal appearances and watch as folk pick them up idly. They get such a sense shock and then quickly pick up the next one almost in disbelief.. Then they get frantic to experience more and the crescendo builds to fever pitch as they pick up every product one by one, sometimes two by two at a staccato pace.. hee hee. I LOVE watching.. My products really have unique and incredibly gorgeous and sexy perfumes.. It makes me smile as wide as a Cheshire cat when I witness folk enjoying my work.

I have worked to the depths of my soul on the fragrances and products over the last 3 years. I have given everything and sold everything so my business can leap into action. Ive trialed my products on everyone at the personal appearances Ive been doing in the past 3 years, product by product, perfume by perfume, person by person. About 100,000 people in all Im guessing. I did an appearance almost every week for 3 years with an attendance rate of between 2,000 to 60,000 to even 5000,000 at the Milton Keynes show in the UK. Not everyone came to see me of course at each show, but Id say about half at most shows. (BTW Thank you for saying hello and taking the time to come to my table for a chat and to see my products that started with one perfume and grew and grew! LOL and grew!)

Its been an extremely long process, but I am a perfectionist with an artistic streak so I would not approach a single store till I was absolutely ready..

Im ready and have started at the very top.. lll tell you more on that later ..

So thank goodness Mother nature is blessing me with her beautiful clean nutritious air so that my nerves can be eased..

Bless you Mother Nature!
