I must issue a very gentle warning to anyone reading this - I have just had to SLAP a wrist or two for going against copyright tonight, so I thought Id better mention this:

Please dont go ahead and design a business banner for White Flower Lei inc yourselves, or use my logo in any way whatsoever without my direct permission. I am very serious about my business logo, its just that, its business. Sheeesh one would get sued if one took Nike's logo and redesigned it and linked it to the Nike site.. OUCH!!

Not that I think Im Nike, but a business is a business, big or tiny.

Its imperative that you ask my permission before taking any portion of my business logos. (My splash page is my company and product logo, and so it the logo at the top of each page) I will always discuss possibilities and will need to review your designs and approve them before going live, but you MUST ask first. Its illegal not to. My store is very serious business to me and must be treated as such.

As kind and sweet and well meaning and generous and enthusiastic one may be, it is still a business and one must ask permission to copy paste any logos for any use whatsoever, as well meaning as they may be.

Had to say that, sorry.. Bit of a legal warning.

ASK for permission, and you never know, permission may be granted, but dont ask and you will sure to be denied at the very least.
