This one is my 20 minute Esteem Meditation, we ALL have low self esteem at times and need a boost in confidence, so its a meditation to just feel great about yourself, or especially if you have to go for a job interview or attend a rather nerve wracking event.. Lets face it, its great at any time, we all need a shot of esteem at any time!

Its free, and very simple. You can play it at work, or home, or wherever you have access to the internet.

Listen to this meditation as much as you need to.. in the morning, during the day, even at night to relax you before you sleep..

The nature-sounds introduction is quite long, so dont feel that there is an error, for a little while you will only hear birds singing and bubblig brook water, just relax, in time my voice will appear.. Enjoy!
