If you live in LA you MUST go to this class..
A friend of mine teaches the most exquisite form of exercise.. Its called Nia.. I went to his class last week when I was in LA.. Its a blissful mix of Thai Chi, Modern dance, Martial Arts and Yoga. Its AMAZING and very Zen and sensual.. Very cool music too, none of the horrible aggressive heartbeat yuk music in classes, its very chilled and sensual.. You dont even know you are exercising until the class is over and you are drenched in sweat.. It exercises every part of you, even your soul.. Absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Rick Abercrombie jewelry made for meeee... how spoilt I am!
Gosh Im spoilt! At Dragoncon Rick Abercrombie, master jeweler, presented me with EXQUISITE hand crafted pieces he fashioned for me with his own hands.. he designed and made this sensational set of Regal blue Lapis Lazuli earrings, necklace and bracelet for me that were housed in a soft deerskin pouch.. All things Mad Max!
I just came back from Dragoncon in Atlanta and Im still trying to get back to a normal vibration.. hee hee.. It was crazzzeeeee.... 40,000 people, all Sci-Fi and Fantasy, Goth, Gaming, Comic Book and Popular Culture fans.. A sea of people, mostly dressed in homage to their fave characters from TV, film and publication!
My heart was warmed by so many Farscape fans dropping by my table, but I also have a special place in my heart for Mad Max fans too.. Dave and Karol popped over to say hi and took a snapshot with me. Here it is.. awwwwwwwwwwww, memories of Broken Hill, Mel and Vern, the red dust and sounds of bike engines and whoooping from the mohawked riders.. Hee hee..

Explanation of Lightworker
Many folk ask me what a Lightworker is...
A Lightworker can be any Religion, it is simply someone who uses prayer for the good of man. To explain in a little more detail: A Lightworker is someone who meditates regularly and utilizes and taps-into the Love and radiant white Light of our Highest Power (God) to fill their meditations with the Highest good and purist prayer intentions, and sends healing prayers to themselves, others, and the planet.

Congratulations Laura Fisher!
Laura Fisher, my darling friend and soul-sister, administered reiKi to all my students and chanelled a 5 minute energy blessing at my meditation at Dragoncon this month, it was a roaring sucess and everyone absolutely was floored by the powerful and beautiful energy she chanelled.
Laura will be doing the same at the Farscape Creation convention in Burbank, November as part of my 2 hour meditation workshop.
This is a wonderful introduction for her into working with a large group. She is now a master healer and teacher, Ive been teaching her for 2-3 years now, so this will be her first experience working with more than a handful of people..
Its so exciting, and Im really thrilled you will feel her healing energy.. she is very powerful channel for Reiki energy..
Dragoncon was her first time working with a group, and soon she will be holding her own meditations.. She is very very special and very old soul!
Laura will be offering 3 minute casual Reiki sessions throughout the Burbank Creation convention, so when you see her, do ask her to give you a session. Its $15 and all you need to do is sit, she will stand or sit behind you and lay her hands on your shoulders and administer Reiki energy. She can even do this for you while you are at a panel so you dont miss anything. Good idea huh?

Im holding a Meditation Workshop at Farscape Creation this year! yay!
Just a note to let you know, its official, I'll be holding my 2 hr Meditation workshop at my convention appearances at Farscape creation con.. Yay! Saturday morning 8am - 10am!
